This outreach will take place at Ede Town Hall from October 13th to 19th, 2024, with daily operations starting at 9:00 AM.

Outreach Objectives

The outreach aims to reach approximately 3,000 people over the course of the program. The specific goals of the initiative include:

  • Providing medical care for at least 3,000 individuals through free consultations and treatments.
  • Dispensing 500 eyeglasses and offering eye care services to help those with visual impairments.
  • Screening and treating 200 individuals for diabetes and high blood pressure, with an emphasis on preventive care.
  • Performing at least 10 minor surgeries, including essential medical procedures for those in need.
  • Providing free dental care to 500 individuals, addressing oral hygiene issues in the community.
  • Offering health education sessions to increase awareness on self-examination, healthy living, and managing chronic illnesses.
  • Empowering the community with mental health and counselling support, addressing both physical and emotional well-being.

This medical outreach aims to leave a lasting impact by not only treating present conditions but also providing preventive healthcare and educating the community on how to manage their health.
